Forza Italia!

(?? English version below)

Since they appeared at our race, it’s hard not to notice them and to forget about them. Fast, relentless and full of temperament, that is Cycling Team FRIULI from the historical region of northern Italy: Friuli – Venezia Giulia.
It is worth recalling the latest results of cyclists led by Director Renzo Boscolo during „Couriers” before they will stand again at the start in 2020.
In 2017, the entire Polish-Hungarian race won Alessandro Pessot, and the leader’s jersey was won by him with daring victory on the streets of Oświęcim and he did not return it until the finish in Papa. In this race, the Friuli team took the third place in the team classification. In 2018, the team from northern Italy jumped on second place.
In the last edition many times we could admire cyclists from Udine on the podium. Their favourite place was second. Giovanni Aleotti was second in the individual general classification and in the classification for under-21 cyclists. Don Giovanni was also second during the first stage from Połaniec to Tarnów. Also Nicola Venchiarutti scored second positions twice: on stages three and five.
Do you also see an association with the farewell legendary cyclist Raymond Poulidor, who went down in cycling history as „eternally second”?
