The „Couriers” start list fills up quickly, intensely and interestingly. Fast, very fast, because of the planned 24 places for teams from around the world, 16 are already occupied. Intensely, because the teams that once „ruled” here, return with strong cycling nations. Interestingly, because in addition to the veterans of this race, what in the case of youth riders is at least a controversial claim, new teams, new names, new sponsors appear.
This is the time, when only four months are usually left for the start of ‘The Couriers’. The end of the year is a time for some summaries, counts and information, that allow you to plan future months.
As season 2018 is drawing closer, teams finalise their budgets and make last adjustments to their sponsor portfolios and squads. 2017 is already over and planning for the future is well underway – it’s November after all.
